Yeah I can't really leave the house and blend in.
I'm just so good looking it draws attention no after what. Lol

So no grey man for me in normal life. I also agree in the everyday philosophy of not looking like an easy target.

Another thing I wanted to mention is in today's society camo is fairly fashionable and pretty common imho

The Young Grey Man is dismissed as a wimp, the Older as a doddering old fool. The Grey Man derives great inner satisfaction from having this portrayal of himself accepted by all he meets, for it means he is succeeding in his disguise of his actual persona.
He does not project confidence. He does not look around much, he avoids eye contact.
Most of the two articles I'm ok with. I like the second one a lot better. I definitely have a problem with these 2 philosophies. I feel like these make you appear as low hanging fruit. I would rather someone perceive me as being confident and alert, not someone to be harassed or targeted. Let's look elsewhere for an easier target.

              Nice "shoot me first" pants.
Beer is like porn, you can buy it but it's more fun to make your own

I have to bend over too far

              I get a boner.

bareback every couple of days, GTG. Bareback, brokeback, same $hit!

I joined a support group to help me deal with my social anxiety but I just can't seem to work up the nerve to go to a meeting......

In black you don't notice the pockets as much as the lighter colors

No don't be. What I really love about this style is the hidden elastic built in. I wear a 34 in these. Normal is 36-38

Those two philosophies ate totally dependent on a confident asalient who will choose to pick a fight with an even opponent. Most of these thugs are not confident in what they are doing so they will pick on the weak in hopes of terrorizing the strong into not acting. Looking weak or submissive is not something I can or will do. I don't care who is in the room.

I agree 100%. I would much rather have someone look at me and say "I'm not effin with that guy........"

This is something I've thought of often. Mostly it's because I don't want stick out as a cop. That being said, I'm sure I have a confident nature or attitude. If I sense someone is up to no good, I'll make direct eye contact, which is exactly what the guy doesn't want. Someone who is confident and aware is a threat to someone with bad intent.

With that in mind, I'm a jeans and t-shirt kind of guy. I don't wear a 5.11 "Major-league door kicker" shirt because it attracts attention. If Im off-duty and something goes wrong, I may or may not get involved depending on the situation. But if I do, by the time the guy is aware of me, it's too late for him.

Back to the guy in the group with all his cool clothes: Some of the "tactical" clothing is good stuff, other stuff is crap. But not a damn pair of pants or some bad ass shirt is gonna save your ass in a bind.
Your training, mindset and equipment need to be squared away and constantly focused on.

                            Stryke pants are great.
I also suggest the Traverse pant... Very lightweight and comfortable.
