This will be my goto first aid kit going forward. Primarily intended for hiking, camping and backpacking but I will probably keep it in my truck and bring it with me when I hit range, etc. Been thinking about this a lot over the past few years and pretty happy with it. I'm sure I'll end up tweaking it though, LOL...
So I ordered a Condor tear off Molle Pack and added a first aid patch. Pretty solid bag. Going to attach it to outside of backpack while hiking, camping, etc. Release the strap, grab the top handle and it just tears off the attachment point, which is secured by velcro. Got it to 3.6 lbs. which is kinda heavy for hiking/backpacking, but there's a lot of good stuff packed inside!

So after you tear it off (or just open it up) it opens up to three sections.

Here's the contents:
Outside between velcro tear off, 1 pr. Trauma Shears
Top section:
4" ACE bandage
SAM splint, cut to 18"
About 2 oz. Providine Iodine Solution 10% (Betadine)
60 ml syringe (for flushing wounds with water and above, diluted to 1%)
3 pr nitrile gloves
1 Sharpie (permanent marker)
Roll waterproof first aid tape
1 pr tweezers
1 bottle Visine eye drops
Middle Section:
