            At 62 I had a "late-life" crisis - got a couple grand of ink in less than 2 years. The only one that REALLY hurt was one that curves along my collarbones on my upper chest - that brought tears to my eyes.

            When I got the full size SOA Reaper on my back, it hurt because it was so big and took 4 hours and still wasn't complete - the tag line above the reaper, and the extra blood, took another 2 hours.

            Oh yeah, the guy who did all my ink, save one, recommended Eucerin Aquaphor as an ointment during healing - it works great.
