    What's the deal with my avatar karma?

    Surprised nobody's commented yet but its connected to my last avatar in my own twisted way. Who can figure it out?

    Up for grabs is a multi function old school swiss army knife yet to be determined. Explain to me what my avatar means and how its connected to the last one (Dom Delouis as Caesar in History of the World). Everyone is eligible but no I'm ins. You need to explain it to be counted. So here's the deal. Everyone who posts a plausible story will be included in random drawing. If anyone gets connection right, I'll draw two winners. Guns. Mischief. Mayhem. Let's get this party started....

                I dont know who the second person is, Frankly it looks like the Penguin from batman to me LMAO!

                My guess would be that Caesar and the Penguin were chosen or connected because they are both about Mischief and Mayhem !
