There is no hard and fast line, it is flexible as we all should remain. It does however traverse a roughly east west line of no given particular length, and does move north and south in direct response to the rise and fall of neuralmetric pressure caused by decision making events emanating mostly and roughly south of the Tappan Zee Bridge and on really bad days, as far north as Albany.

I AM behind enemy lines unfortunately. Honestly, the line is basically westchester/rockland and below. Largely because they have all treated pistol permits with greater contempt, and have had 5 year renewels even before the safe act...

It's difficult because if we placed the line properly, TheCelt would be behind enemy lines LOL. Anything below the Catskills is pretty much it to me LOL.
