    Hey guys. Remember me? Same user name on NYF. JVG told me about this site when we went to Cabela's last week, so I figured I'd join up and grace you all with my presence.
    I'm actually planning on moving to NC in the next few months since I just sold my house, as I need to get out of this crapshoot state. I also got married a few months ago.

    Well, there it is. Hello.

                      I am finding nothing but beautiful houses down there with plenty of nice features on the cheap. Plus the houses I'm looking at, on average, have only about $1700-2000/yr in taxes. Huge savings over anything up here I'd be interested in. And that means more guns and suppressors.
