Sounds good Jim there is only a few items I can not eat such as the Jalapenos,corn a cob,but everything else I am good for..How many hotdog and hamburger buns do you need I can try and get some if you like?

I only got 16 hot dogs so two packs of buns should do it. As for burgers I'm not totally sure since I make the patties from scratch.

If I remember I'll pick up some lettuce etc for burgers tomorrow.

I figured with as much brisket and chicken I'm making the burgers and dogs would be appetizers, lol!

Here's the briskets and chicken I just pulled out of the freezer to thaw overnight. I left them in the wrappers out of respect for Chicken Shoot since the one on the right might be a relative of his, lol!

I am a Pepsi drinker but I can grab another soda of your liking, you will just will just need some ice and cups for it as I pretty sure the 4.5 hr drive the soda will be warm,lol

Oh, you fellas will be in for an experiment/treat. I plan on deep frying the chicken then let it sit in the smoker for a while to make smoked/fried chicken. It's something I've always wanted to try and now is as good a chance as any!
