Site down for a while tonight

Just wanted to give you guys a heads up as to why site was down today. We think it had to do with vBulletin fixing something that USMC screwed up (/jk) yesterday. Apologies for the timing but we have no control over it. Hopefully issue is resolved but if it goes down again at least you'll know why.

Once its finally fixed for real then IF I try to do anything else even minor theme changes I am going to do those between midnight and 3 am from now. It may take a lot longer to get things done but it should minimize any impact on your guys. It looks like we are also going to get upgraded to latest software sometime in the near future which fixes over 140 current bugs. So a lot of the things that don't work now should work then.

I figured there must have been something that need be fixed so I expected to see the site go down..No harm it is expected to website go down every now and then..

Just keep doing what your doing USMC your doing a great job trying to get the forum setup the way it should be and looking good and making other members happy..

Thanks, I think I am going to hold off on any major changes until after the expected update, who knows it will hopefully fix a lot of things for me. Funny thing is since I broke the forum someone mentioned it looks like the who is online is working better at least.

Even when it was "broken" it still worked the same for me..u just had to search in between the lines to find the post and reply post and all the new posts and stuff..yea it was a tad annoying but each time i used it like that, i still was able to read private messages, post and use smileys..sooo meh to the whimpering heheheheh

Check to see if you can choose a theme called Black. The main big issues with it is that you can't see text when previewing read PM's in message center and if you use default text color you can't see what your typing.

Its a really dark theme lol, can't fix those issues right now either since it requires CSS code changes
