Lol. They got back to me last week and said they checked out today's post and it seems to be working fine. I responded that's great but today's post isn't the issue and we still can't get to main section of forum. We got to get off this soon. Unbelievable how they can host this way.....

They lack basic customer service skills not counting inability to fix things

Was told they were having issues and our site appeared to be working so ticket was closed. I know the Critical error is still happening intermittently so put in another ticket and requested again status and nature of problem and when we could expect it to be resolved. I'll let you know if I find anything out. Apologies for the recurring issues.

On this forum? You click messages on top for pms, its different in way it works but I like that it's a conversation style pm where all the past ones are there to read easily.
