Well things have been running fairly smoothly lately so I just received notice that vendor will be "upgrading" site again today around 12:30 EST. You know to throw a wrench in the works again. I apologize in advance for the inconvenience and turmoil this will undoubtedly cause....

Just wanted to give you a heads up.

Thanks for heads up........ they assured me they had their crack team on solving this issue only we have once and for all last time so time too see if they are really a crack team or just smoking it LOL!

Personally I am not holding my breathe.........

These updates are automatic as well which means they won't know there is an issue until we put in a ticket

When they screw it up they usually fix it within 20 minutes too a few hours so anytime you could of used to do some work is wasted looking too see if its working again lol

Wonderful .... so you're basically saying the same thing you here from places like TimeWarner ..... "We'll have someone there to fix it between the hours of 8am and 5pm" ... pfft. LOL

That's if there is even an issue LOL. Usually its like 30 minutes but last time it took a while because they were trying to prevent it from happening again..... so we will see.

Wow. None of my posts from mid-day are showing up now. Then a little earlier this evening, our website was redirecting to some other site called talkcarmel.com.

Oh yeah, they broke the "Today's Posts" feature and everything else appears to be fukked up too. If I toss an extra $50 into the donation pot can we get away from these jokers? No change windows, upgrades during business hours, apparently to testing in a dev environment, no roll back plan, etc. WTF?

Looks like the upgrade screwed up the forum again,I even notice even in the message center I missing all my liked post,I also notice when you click on new post it just goes back to the main forum..the only way to see new post is on the right side of the main forum page.

It looks like there be some more updating to fix what was not broken..This seems to be a lot worse then the last time there was problem..

Chicken, Carmel is a city in California (or NY) but the forum was for the CA. location to talk about their city.

How is it possible that every time they do one of these updates, we have the same problems every time? "Today's Posts" not working is a perfect example. You'd think they would have learned something from the last time!
