I'm not copy n pasting this to be a douche, but for the freedom we enjoy and what makes us happy here. Personally I curse alot and don't give a **** if others don't like it, because with a curse brings along with it the freedom of individuality and that is important (besides pissing people off by treating them like they're 10!)..

So, bottom line:
NO more swearing/profanity. I don't care if it's blanked out or not. Posts full of blanked out text are not acceptable. If you have filtered out words in your post, it could be deleted. If your posts keep having to be deleted, you'll be barred from the 'trouble areas' of the forum. If that's not enough, then we'll look to bans as a solution.

It's really very simple. Just don't do it. We're not going to start going through back posts on this, but consider it policy from now on.

This is only one of the major attitude adjustments this place needs.

EDIT: Oh yeah, the one exception is that FUAC is still perfectly acceptable (and appriciated..heh) in every post.

Noticed last night in a thread before H posted that. I posted "Peshitta magnet" and it was miraculously changed to "crap magnet". The swear filter blocked Peshitta out over there and they felt like that wasn't enough I guess.

They may have started using word replacement. You can set it up to have words replaced by other words automatically.... Ask Evild here lol. I can't imagine this place getting like that and I think I can speak for Cgrutt in saying that we don't want to have to ban people and take what you guys think into serious consideration and without all of your support this forum wouldn't be what it is and won't get bigger without your help and we know its important to never forget that.
