Trust me I saw this and I am not to happy about it. I got message they "fixed" the issue and its still not fixed and now were missing data. Needless to say I am upset as I am sure you all are and am looking into other options to prevent stuff like this from happening again. So to be clear this was not anything I did or because I didn't do something lol.

Looks like everything we posted yesterday is gone, including new site section. Not good man. Maybe a cache thing? Can't imagine they did a restore.

I agree but this is unacceptable from a service delivery standpoint. Just check channel manager and new site section is gone.

Everything was there until after I got the "all fixed should be good now" message. I tried clearing my browser cache and history with no luck. I am thinking we might be better off looking into self hosting..... basically not being on their servers with automatic updates so we can avoid more issues like this.

Totally unacceptable for them to delete data without telling us. I know its just a gun forum but what if this were a real business? We'll talk about self hosting another day. Enjoy your Thanksgiving.

Ahhh i see now more missing things..i went to post about some nice bourbon eggnog, made with whipped eggwhites, whipped cream, whipped egg yolks and more "nob" burbon..buuut USMC's wine n spirits thread is...gone..i think

It was cgrutts thread and its gone hopefully not for good. Nothing we did though.

Looks like everything is fixed minus lost data. In the next day or two I will be talking with cgrutt about course of action to prevent this in future.
