  • Concealed Carry Class

    Concealed Carry, $60.00

    Intermediate to Advance Level

For those of you who don't have the time or money to get up to “New Hampshire”, this class follows similar drills as the “Handgun 104” and for the price, this class is practically “free”.

Also if you don't need the "NY Law" portion of our course and just want to do 5 hours of pistol drills, this is the perfect venue.

Requirements: Student must demonstrate good firearm safety knowledge, muzzle and trigger discipline.

    When: October 15th

Where: Blue Mountain Sportsman Center, Cortlandt Manor NY 10567 (Westchester County)

    Duration: 5 hours on the pistol range - 10:30am - 3:30pm

Description: Students will go through a series of exercises to develop the skills necessary when using a firearm for personal protection. We will review basic pistol shooting fundamentals and techniques, practice failure drills, malfunctions and much more.

Students will present a handgun to target from a holster, review the principles of concealed carry, proper use of cover, scanning, threat identification, moving then shooting, turning then shooting, shooting from kneeling, seating, prone positions, etc.

*Please be sure to read requirements and restrictions prior to registering for this class.

This is a great course for anyone new to cc or away to get your self up to speed. The course begins with an attorney discussing NYS law & county law and how it applies to CC. The second part is live fire drills to teach you how to deal with everything from jambs to using cover. I would recommend it to help keep needed the needed skill set and needed thought patterns for CC. Would take again in a few yrs just to keep up with changes is the law.
