Just read it thanks. Good info. I don't breathe while pulling (pressing) the trigger. My stance is what it is, and it does change a tad different weekends. I always close one eye but i do leave both open if im using one of my handguns with Crimson Trace on it. I'm usually shooting at about 10 yards indoor but outdoor i move my frame alot though.

"Sight Alignment – Make sure you are centering the front post in the rear notch and aligning the top of the front sight with the back. Don’t use the dots, it’s too hard to see those and make fine adjustments. Focus on the front sight!"
I agree with focusing on the front sight (that is the real secret) but the remark about ignoring the dots and just lining up the sights height-wise may not always work. Example: when aligning a correct sight picture on my G30, the front sight is visibly higher than the rear sight (which drives me crazy as I have always trained as described above). I was told that many replacement sights, especially night sights tend to be of different heights front-to-back when a correct sight picture is obtained. Caveat emptor.
