    I have a 930 SPX I bought February of 2013. I was cleaning her up recently and noticed that one of the internal parts (the pusher) had a crack in it and failure was likely imminent. I just gave their customer service a call so I could order a replacement....they asked what I needed and why, I told them, and they're shipping out a replacement gratis (7 months out of warranty). Suffice to say I am happy with my shotgun and their customer service.

    bareback every couple of days, GTG. Bareback, brokeback, same $hit!

    I joined a support group to help me deal with my social anxiety but I just can't seem to work up the nerve to go to a meeting......

    They have always been good to me also. Bought a marine coated 590 new and was missing the matching sling studs in the box. One call and shipped at no charge.
    I bought my sons out of state.
