Take pictures of the dissassembly as you go. There's a left and right slide bar that you have to watch you don't reverse.

Midway and Brownells both have schematics for the bolt.

Is your chamber totally clean and free of burrs? Inspect for mechanical damage.

Replace extractor springs and firing pin spring while your in there. Inspect firing pin for wear. If your life depends on this shotgun working.
