I guess the big thing is the drainage at one of the 600 yard lines. When it rains, it puddles.

Ham_Chu, it's so sad they are taking the 600 yard swamps away from us. Last year in Hearst Doubles, Max and I thought we were pigs in a hog lot rolling around in the mud!

I always thought they had built-up the lines at 200, 300, 600 and 1,000 so that the shooter was level to the target. Drainage on the firing line 'should' be good. Behind it, on the ready line.....Dagobah

They are built up and when the water was 6 inches deep in front and behind the them, the berms were soggy
