Yup, the OHNG were running all the heavy lifting, but the range personnel themselves are all volunteers. The tower guys aer the most experienced. They would fill the jugs, get the target trailers to/fro the pits, and troubleshoot any last-minute issues as they refused to relinquish the golf carts (must be a mechanized unit!).
