CMP match at Ontario Rod and Gun Club today. We had 9 shooters in attendance, 6 of whom were first time competitors. There were actually enough shooters to run 2 relays today! A huge shout out to Charlie and Chris for running a 30 minute training session prior to the first match. These experienced shooters generously took the time to bring the new shooters up to speed on protocol and what to expect during the match as well as sharing tips for making the most out of their first CMP Service Rifle competition. With the help of the volunteer coaches, we had everybody on paper in short order and turning out some impressive scores by match end.
