Shout out to the "Togmaster", shot a few with him today at the club. Gunsick was to busy running chores and errands or shopping for a new pair of heels
Got my amended permit and green coupon today. 11 days total including mail. Not too shabby considering the permit clerk told me to expect 4-6 weeks.
I'll be picking up my Mark iii tomorrow! Yee haw!!
Ahh now that's a sweet surprise, 4 weeks earlier than expected! Now if you would have waited 1 minute to post this, you'd be picking it up today (yesterday) instead of tomorrow (today) LOL

The funny thing is, we get our mail delivery at about 1pm daily. I was home and could have retrieved it but it was pouring rain with fire and brimstone in the sky. I didn't feel like going out in it, and I definitely wasn't expecting that delivery so I didn't get the mail until last night at about 9pm. So I could have actually picked up the gun yesterday had I been just a bit more ambitious.

And while that hell rained upon earth....i was blasting away 500 rounds
One the coolest shooting sessions I had was in the pouring rain. I hoped to beat the rain, but I was at a covered range. It was raining so hard I could barely see my paper target. When I fired my 357 magnum lever rifle, or my K31, you could see a temporary trail in the rain. For a split second my bullets were pulling a Moses and the Red Sea. I took some 100 yard shots at the far target stand to try an get a better view of the effect.

Yea our club is covered too so I never mind going during monsoons, that's also when nobody else goes plus we have resetting Steel plates to aim at 25 yards so for those days I don't really ever set up a paper target.
