Sara Spa CMP rimfire shoot 3/29

I'm hoping it warms up some first practice CMP rimfire sporter match at the Club this afternoon 1:00. I had to adj the trigger on the RAR 22lr can't be less then 3lbs if not I'm bringing 2 other 22's that I know the triggers are more then 3lbs! I am expecting a few other Appleseed instructors to be on the line shooting for a change, should be fun!!!

Have fun! Will be a nice change to have the warmer weather and it being more pleasant all around for shooting outside.

Have fun. I wont make it as I just found out about it lol. I was also not home as I went down to bobs to pick up a holy grail gun for me!

Well I just got done soaking in a hot tub (those of you that know me sorry for that picture LOL) Sorry there WM came up fast in a email that I didn't look at, you should have gotten the same from the Club Sec.Well there were 7 shooter's on the line 4 were Appleseed Instructors (1 being me) ,2 from Westchester County that plan on coming back for the next one in July (May have new dates before then?) Well I adjusted the trigger on the RAR 22lr as I stated above, But I would have the only one shooting a Bolt action (you get 5 sec extra in the rapid fire!) So to make things easy I shot a Rifle my Dad gave me when I was 14 (some 40+years ago) my Marlin 989 M2 that I had set up as a Appleseed loaner, That little rifle is and always was a shooter!! Need to spend some time on just how many clicks on the scope I need to make for between 50 and 25 yards! This was a really fun day as most of us AS instructors don't get to shoot together like this ( Don't get me wrong there is a lot of satisfaction in working the line!!)
