I could probably could get away with a 52 inch shaft but if I could get a 54 inch shaft that would be great as I could always adjust the length of the shaft

I have a lot of 22 rifles. Mostly love the vintage Mossberg and Remingtons. I love them all but I think my favorite is a 1950's vintage Mossberg 346k. Its a hammer fired bolt action with peeps that's holds 18 in the tube. It seems to be one of the least favorite rifles of the collectors because of the weird hammer firing and what it does to the trigger pull. I like it though.
I don't have pics handy of the one with peeps. I have 2 of these rifles. They are both identical except one has peeps and the other has traditional v notch rights. Here is the pics of the one with v notch sights. Identical rifle and condition.
Nice. I have an old Mossberg lever gun in .22. Love those older models. They have character.
I'm like Wildman, I LOOOOOVE old 22 rifles, I do havea bunch of them and am still buying. For shooting my Favorite is an old Western Auto tube-fed 22 S-L-LR boltaction that I found at a pawn shop for only $50 & tax. I have some old 22 rifles that I paid over $500 for.
