He got back to me. Has rear Peeps. Doesn't have front globe or 11mm to 16mm adaptor needed to mount rear sight on my gun. Sights are used but seem to be in very good restored condition. Everything he has for sale is here http://www.gunbroker.com/All/BI.aspx...ellers=3855740

Speaking of peep sights, I've been, off and on, trying to find a replacement rear peep for my dad's old Remington .22. It's from back around 1943, and he took the rear sight off because, well, I don't know why and it's been gone at least my entire life. Any thoughts on where to look for a replacement?

It's something along the lines of a Model 41 (41P maybe?), but I can't remember exactly off the top of my head.

It needs to be a peep sight as the receiver is drilled and tapped on the side

I like to stay away from the Brno / large diopter rear sights because they bump itnoeverything and they are hard to keep dialed
and instead have a smaller diopter protected like a SIG, HK or Tec type.
The tec type are great in the 10/22 and savage so they should be perfect for this.
Also talke a look at Airforce and other dovetail for airgun that are less money and some very robust.
Cannot really tell the difference between airguns and 22LR in some setups.
Don't need to spend a lot. Let me know if you want me to look for links to models on sale.
It is a shame when people demanding tolerance, have no tolerance
