  • The 3 main rules of reloading... 1) Check 2) Recheck 3) Check again.contains graphic image.

Build a procedure and write it down.
Put a piece of masking tape in your thrower with the powder you are using powder, load and batch nr..
A cop die in a progressive is an extra piece of mind. Do a visual anyway. Never stop doing the good practices.
    Assume nothing.
Specially do not take reloads from anyone nor offer them.

    Mistakes are costly...

    Or this ??

Did you really just put up a pic of someone's nasty, bloody hand without a warning of some kind? I literally just threw up in mouth when I saw that.
    Athiest. Because... science

Seconded. Some kind of warning would have been appreciated. That's about the nastiest thing I've seen since Hillary Clinton's last TV appearance.

That looks like the barrel was plugged, I did see a picture of a savage that blew up because the guy loaded 49 grains of titegroup instead of Varget

I have a pic of someone who built a 4k dollar 338lm and then first day loads the cases with varget. No blood on that onex just a butchered barrel and action.

Serious failure to inspect the firearm. After something didn't work right she continued before properly inspecting the barrel and the bore.
Come on, be honest. How many have had a malfunction and just cleared the gun w/o looking at the extracted case nor the chamber and bore?

Thx for Editing the title. Gross things like a blown up barrel should never be posted without a warning.

                        LOL. It is like anything.

If you can trust yourself to stay on the right lane of the road while driving (unless in England) then you can trust yourself with reloading. The problem is when we go into the other lane
and keep driving like it was nothing. You might skip the rules but the rules will not skip you!.

Nobody told me how to edit the title. Still not sure how to do that.

Anyway the rifle looks a lot better than this muzzleloader....

To me is amazing how well they put things together...
If you compare the complexity of fixing a rifle vs. fixing a hand is like fixing a pencil vs. fixing a rocket.
