I am reloading .40 with 180gr berry's plated bullets. Some of them are getting copper pushed down on the brass. What do you do? Send it, clean it some how, or write it off. Thanks for help with my rookie question.

Pics would help. Perhaps bell the case opening up a bit more so the jacket doesn't get shaved when pressing the bullet in?Beer is like porn, you can buy it but it's more fun to make your own

I’m not a reloaded but I can tell you that you definitely don’t want to use those rounds. The best thing that’ll happen if you tried using those would be a failure to feed/jam. It would on get worse from there.Old enough to know better, still too young to careComment

Adjusted die and had better luck with next 25 rounds. Tried chambering just for Peshittas at range with the affected rounds, no go. Put them off them in a ammo can until I get a bullet puller. ThanksComment
