They only maintain reciprocity with states that have the same (or more stringent) requirements. TX allows 19 y/o service members to CCW, Utah got dropped because they don't require live fire training, etc. Sounds like the libtards are gaining traction in middle America.....going to be pretty scary if they start working their way out to the coasts.
