Download application and instructions here https://licensing.freshfromflorida.c...equest790.aspx

Believe they require picture, photocopy of your NYS permit and drivers license, proof of training, your military form. Application has to be notorized and you need to submit fingerprints that are taken by a Law Enforcement Agency. Process itself was pretty straight forward. You should be GTG if you get app in this week. After that is pushing it I'd think. Good luck.

I'm gonna be the realistic witch of the North..damn close to zero probability you'll make it in time. I just did mine over the summer..it was just about 75 days..the "freshfromflorida" website says 90days..eitherway your lookin for about 60 days..idk..gl i hope.

I'll have to check but pretty sure I got mine in about 4 or 5 weeks from date of application. They also have a fast track service but I think you need to be there in person for that.

I just rechecked, my FL permit took 35 days.

They list 90 days to cover their arses. Granted the process might be longer, or shorter now, so get the application in right away and hope for the best.

That's a steal compared to CT or NY-7 year expiration too (obviously nothing compares to 20/20 in PA of course)
