  • Non resident permits

Recently went through process for ME, NH, CT, PA, UT and FL non resident permits. Received last one, CT, today. Will write up process of obtaining each tomorrow. Fairly simple actually. Can now legally carry in all but about 10 states. Got to go on a road trip this spring!

PA and CT are on my list. Have FL and UT along with obvi NY. I ride my motorcycles a lot in the spring and summer and enjoy carrying at all times.

PA's a no brainer. CT is a PITA, but doable, lol...

When you write them up could you please make note if Administrative restrictions on the NY resident permit presents a road block to obtaining the states you have acquired?
        Thanks

I have PA,FL, UT and CT as well. All were pretty straightforward to get. No admin restrictions here in Dutchess so can't comment on that piece.
Ok I can go a couple ways

Unfortunately I don't know the answer to that. I'm unrestricted in NYS. I heard PA is OK with restrictions but that's just anecdotal.

Do counties with restrictions actually put them on the permit itself or just tell the permit holders what they are?

Ok yea I thought I had read before that some states won't accept permits with restrictions but don't remember exactly which ones.
