Here is the scoop...
16" Stainless Fluted 1:10 twist X-Caliber Barrel
ARD NiB BCG (one of few that works with forward assist on PSA uppers)
Odin Works Adjustable Gas Block
PTAC receiver set (grabbed on sale and zero complaints)
Midwest Indust Handguard
PSA Enhanced trigger set
PSA PA10 build kit for lower and upper parts but swapped trigger group (see above)
Ambi selector

* I am def going to put a different stock and grip on it. Have a Magpul STR stock enroute to try.

Also have Magpul MBUS sites enroute for backup.

Just ordered a titanium spiral drilled muzzle brake

Currently weighing in at 7lbs 9oz without magazine, 7lbs 13oz with unloaded mag.

Only snag I hit was installing barrel. Barrel extension was very tight so I used a little red scuff pad action and some lube and went right in.

The receivers and carrier are normally heavier than what they need to be.
With those parts there what are the average weight savings with those?
A tight extension is a good thing.

Haven't shot it yet...., it's AR10s start in the 9lb to 10lb weight class. This is where the weight starts and I will be reducing from here. May go with a Rogers Super Stock to save a few ozs. Feels really good in the hands.

A lightened carrier in titanium may be next. See how the barrel shoots. If it's on point then I will invest in a light weight reciever set and build another

Looks good man! You should of put the barrel in the freezer for a while, it would of slipped right in. I have the Rogers stock one one of my rifles and have no issues with it.

Update! My titanium muzzle device came in.... It weighs literally nothing. The plastic bag it came in felt like it weighed more.

I've done the freezer trick before too and some times that's the only way to do it. I felt a small lip on the inside of the receiver so little red scuff pad slow on the dremel did it!
