    Turkish MPT 76

    This is the new G3 replacement for the Turkish forces and already in service.
    They kept the german style sights for a good reason we know that.
    The short piston seems like a borrowed from the H&K AR.
    As you can see they went on a different route with the whole thing. Does it look familiar?

    I love that rear sight but I'd still rather have a 17 series SCAR. Someday when I move to a free state....<sigh>......

      The rear sight seems awfully wobbly in the slow motion shots.

      The markings and rotation adjustments of the stock would be easy for some US aftermarket companies to copy.
