Do you have any idea when it was produced? 7x57 Mauser could place it within first production order to Venezuela in 1948, which I suppose would give it some collectible value. There are a few on GunBroker ranging from about $500 to $4,500 (Luxembourgh sniper model). The Egyptian models were chambered in 8mm and are at bottom end of prices. Belgium models were chambered in 30-06. There are some Argentine models listed in the $1,000 range. It would be cool if you happen to have a first run. -

I'm with th on this one, auction listing and see what happens, I have a very nice French Lebel rifle that belonged to my neighbor, doesn't float my boat but to someone that wants a particular one will drive up the price. GLWSI must say I love beavers.Comment

Asked 650.00, had a dealer offer me 500.00, passed and sold it to a private individual for 550.00 and he picked up the tab for the transfer fee. It was getting heavy carrying around, LOL. Transfer was a little lengthy, a couple of FFL's did not want to do it because I was from NY and the buyer was from NJ, found one that would do it in between gun sales and a lot of guns were selling.....many cash and Carry handguns while we waited FUACI'm confused!!!!!Comment
