  • Any advantages to a full auto BCG?

    http://palmettostatearmory.com/palme...roup-8779.html

Palmetto has full auto BCG on sale for $99, marked down from $149. $99 is a solid price for a BCG anyday, but I'm wondering what's the difference from a semi auto only BCG? Advantages? Disadvantages?

Believe the only difference is full auto has more metal (and mass) than a semi auto BCG. The additional metal is used to trip the auto sear. They are not a regulated part and are GTG in semi-auto (so long as no other parts are full auto). As usual, I'm sure Mek has more insight about this.

yes. more mass = higher reliability always.
And also in this case more support at the back. Very small difference but it compounds to something.
It is a shame when people demanding tolerance, have no tolerance
