So against Thughes advice I added a flash hider / brake to my SKS. While it did tighten my groups and remove the flash, I added allot of weight to the barrel. After adding the forward mounted scout scope I found it unpleasant to hump deep in the woods and decided to remove the flash hider. Defiantly notice a major difference shouldering it, and its balanced much better without it.

what you really need is a second sks so you have one that is heavy with the brake and one that is lighter without!Comment
