    I finally have my Yugo AK back!

    My Yugo AK has mostly been sitting in the safe, unused and unloved, thanks to the SAFE Act.

    The spur grip just plain sucked. The Boar Grip didn't work. I was thinking of trying a grip wrap, but decided to bite the bullet and try a Monsterman Grip first.

    The AK version of the Monsterman Grip is designed to work with a standard Romanian AK. On their website, it states a customer was able to modify it to fit on their Bulgarian Arsenal SAM7r, so I decided there shouldn't be any reason why I couldn't get it to work on my Yugo.

    Well, I was right. It works after some "adjustments". It will finally be comfortable to legally shoot my Yugo again.

    That is a NICE looking bunch of meat!

    I can still find a use for my thumb, even though it no longer has a hole to finger.

    I could have been enjoying his nuts.

      I have one on my WASR10 to keep it legal but don't really care for it. AK gets no use because of it. I think I recently saw Thorsden is making an AK stock. If so I may give it a try despite the sacrilege it represents. Have the Thorsden on a couple AR builds and they're fine - pretty comfortable in fact.

        NYLAK stock, fugly but at least you can still wrap your hand around it.

        bareback every couple of days, GTG. Bareback, brokeback, same $hit!

        I joined a support group to help me deal with my social anxiety but I just can't seem to work up the nerve to go to a meeting......

            Six of one and half dozen of the other. Nothing looks and feels as good as the original design, and anything else is a trade off of ergonomics or aesthetics.
