It's about time for some gun-related stuff again!
I had a Beirkirchs gift certificate burning a hole in my pocket and I haven't bought a gun yet this month (cutting it close, eh) so I picked up a Kahr CM9 this morning. It was either the Kahr or a nice used Ruger SP101 2" in .357 but the Ruger would have required a substantial out-of-pocket contribution in addition to the gift certificate so I went with the auto.

The CM9 is super light (15oz empty) and it's freaking tiny (for a 6+1 9mm) so it's a strong contender to replace my beloved BG380 for hot weather carry. I carry the BG380 AIWB with jeans or pocket carry with cargo shorts when conditions dictate nothing heavier clothes-wise than a teeshirt. (If it's cool enough for an over shirt I'm sporting the G26 OWB).
Anyhoo, here's how the Kahr tacks up to it's soon to be retired little brother as well as some other daily carry pieces.
CM9 vs BG380 (same height, slightly longer, not much thicker):

CM9 vs Springfield XDS 9 (same width, XDS is longer, taller, only holds one additional round, and is much heavier):

CM9 vs it's fatazz big brother G26 (same height but the Glock is twice the weight and a far bit chunkier):

Range report forthcoming............
