Putnams did this 2 years ago when Cuomo attempted to make up laws nobody enforces..Putnam and Ulster..the only 2 Counties I've lived in..and for damn good reasons why..

I think sheriff's from Putnam & Lewis counties have gotten on board. Hope this keeps growing.
