To answer the question, I will carry any gun so long as
1. It is reliable
2. My hands fit the grip.

I've pocket carried a single stack SIG, a Robaurgh (spelling!), a Kahr P9 or K9 and one or two others. In the summer I've been carrying .380 - Ruger LCP or G42.

Tell me about it... I waited until this past Nov or Dec to buy the G41 & G42 when all the huballoo died down. When it is formally released I can buy direct from Glock, shipped to my FFL and have it in 6-8 weeks under their IOP (LE, EMS, Security) program.

Still trying to find reasonably priced extended mags for the G42. Still $30 and up per mag. I think I'll wait a bit longer.

Personally, I think the Glock is the single best defensive handgun on the planet. Not pretty, not perfect, but functional and reliable in most conditions. I own two 23s a 19, 26, 32c, and 42. But they are big and glunky.

I've been carrying a Sig 938 as of late but still question why I'm not carrying the Glock.

Something to be said about Keep It Simple Stupid....
