Anyone have a G42?

Or better yet, have a female that shoots it? Wife went to the range and didn't like the 19. Since it is the house gun, I will keep working on it with her. She won't carry but figured I would check the 42 out for her.
My LEO buddy shifted from 642 to 42 for pocket carry. He thinks it is great but he is a gear queer and likes the latest Peshitta.

G42 is the small 380 right? I have one but only shot it a couple times. It looks and feels like a toy. Shoots reasonably well for what it is. Hardly any recoil so wife should like it. My wife is the same way and I showed her mine (easy fellas) and she liked it. Hasn't shot it yet. It will never make it into my carry routine preferring a 9mm given the choice. Take my SIG 938 any day over baby Glock but that's just personal preference.

That's the one. I hear it has soft recoil. She certainly didn't like the 442 even with 158gr standard rounds. Can't get much softer in that one.
