    Ugly and gimicky (just my .02), plus I prefer to use a gun that has sights on it. But......if it gets new folks to carry then I'm all for that.
    Beer is like porn, you can buy it but it's more fun to make your own

    I have to bend over too far

    I get a boner.

    bareback every couple of days, GTG. Bareback, brokeback, same $hit!

    I joined a support group to help me deal with my social anxiety but I just can't seem to work up the nerve to go to a meeting......

        did you see the mag doesn't drop free. Also what about left handed people? ...need some 7+1 9mm and some actual grip for the average american hand.

        Taurus = battle tested! LOL
        It is a shame when people demanding tolerance, have no tolerance

              This thing's kinda silly. It might be the most comfortable gun to carry, but I can't see how it can shoot well, so what's the point?
              Politicians are like diapers. They both need to be changed often, and for the same reason.

                  i love the idea and sleakness of no extra pieces, BUT, they can stick the 400$ price tag up their arse. not worth the price IMO.

                    I figure the price gets more competitive if you're carrying a semi and don't want to have to get a different holster. I was a bit shocked at how expensive Crimson Trace grips are, so I would need some additional justification for any kind of laser.

                    I keep a green laser pointer on my night stand. It does a pretty good job lighting up a room at night so I figure I'll grab that with my .38 if I ever want to convince a burglar they picked the wrong house.

                      I do love CT grips on my .38 when I bought them 15years ago they were 180$ yes very expensive but it was my everyday carry gun and when you could stop a perp by hitting them with a dot instead of actually killing someone, im all for that. love how you just grip the gun like normal and the laser comes on, and they do have a master on/off incase you dont wanna waste the battery. now that the fad grew so did the prices. if I were to buy a laser for my new carry PT709, the only CT is a triggerguard type which is nothing like this boxy Curve pic at top of this thread from the OP but its still 170$ish..definitely need to ponder this because the PT Slim series do tend to shoot down and left from what I've read and from my shooting experience with it, and i have maxed the windage and had RO try too, so a laser would be beneficial..

                        Meh..all this yappin about lasers..I just bought the one pictured in my post lol! started thinking how much I loved the Crimsons and the idea of having a 100%(99%) dead on shot if ever needed, or the hopes that the laser on the forehead of a bad guy might just keep him to the 911 arrive without splattering my walls and living with the conscience of killing someone, even if they were evil..anyhoo i found it for 165$ free shipping, worth it to me.

                          I don't think the fad grew they just have better lasers now so they are more money. I have had the $350 ones and the $100 ones and there's a big difference. Don't have any now, I found it made the rest of me lazy and effected my accuracy. Bad form, bad stance etc.

                              Pretty much agree with the "dulls" the senses partt.but when i first got mine for my S & W .38 in the 90s it was a brand newish thing..im talkin bout Crimson grips though, not just any kind of rail laser..the built into grips was new.. I can't justify 400$ or more for a laser no matter how great. The one i just bought now was a reasonable in the middle price..and with my gun shooting a tad off even after multiple people and multiple adjustments then reading many other having the same issue..then i can justify 170$.
