As many of you know I will be getting a pretty sweet 1911 in the near future. While I plan to shoot and enjoy the gun I have no intention of carrying it concealed so I'd like to get a nice leather OWB holster. Anyone have recommendations on a nice one or a good manufacturer? Not looking for hybrids or anything with kydex. Thanks in advance.

Ok I can go a couple ways -
Got a Bianchi for mine. FWIW, this time of year it's no problem carrying a 1911 OWB with a heavy sweater or fleece as a cover garment.

I have a very nice USA all hand made one I bought from Diamond D Leather for my 1911 mine is called the Guides Choice,there pretty expensive bought the quality is really awesome..I figured if I going to have a beautiful 1911 I wanted a nice holster for it..

I could probably could get away with a 52 inch shaft but if I could get a 54 inch shaft that would be great as I could always adjust the length of the shaftComment
