  • So what's everyone's Stance?

Sometimes I guess the matter at hand will decide which to choose, but most always I use the modern Isocicles. I prefer the strength of my body to absorb recoil rather than a shaky elbow. That's just my theory on the subject though

I use mostly a Weaver stance. The isocolese stance, in my opinion is great for competition shooting, or situations using body armor in order to keep your protection facing potential threats.
Since I don't use body armor, I feel the weaver stance can minimize my profile while still maintaining good balance, control, and mobility.
Also, I don't find the more squared off posture to be particularly comfortable or natural for me.
Politicians are like diapers. They both need to be changed often, and for the same reason.

Whatever is comfortable, never really thought about it. Guess I'll have to ask USMC next time we go shooting (hint hint).
