US Army Awards Contract to Sig Sauer

I've shot a Sig P220 in .45 and really liked it. That's the extent of my experience with Sig pistols. Anyone have experience with their new striker fired pistols?

Is this the first US military branch to move to a polymer frame service pistol?

Not my favorite. Not as well balanced as other pistols like the glock. More expensive yet not more value IMO.

I have a sig 226 and 238 and I like them both, haven't shot any of their plastic ones though.
