I have a solution for these parts to make it much easier than this...

I have to put this in CAD and then I can share.

Those are the same drawings I have as well.

What I have is similar idea, of course some parts have all the same internal dimensions but it is a lot easier to cut and to assemble. A few more parts and more taps but a lot easier
to fabricate w/o parts requiring a mill.

The necessary slots make things a little complicated.

Some can be done with the drill and the others with 2 or 3 layers of different cuts and then stacked together and bolted through.

I have done some calculations by hand. I need to pass this to cad.

Also if needed a hobby type CNC 3040 or 6040 can do any cuts and some are about hte same cost as a good press drill and much less than a mill...

I do pretty well with the Bridgeport we have here at work. I'm fairly limited though with straight cuts, etc.

If I have one or two small parts, my dad works for a HAAS dealer, and can sometimes make parts for me if I need a CNC.

going that route all one needs is a hobby CNC engraver like a 3020 or 3040 that for $450 will quickly pay for itself.

But I am trying to make this with a regular drill press and high speed saw and a bit of elbow grease so anyone
can do it. But the 3 axis engraver between 2 or 3 friends is a no brainer to speed things up and one can do a lot more things later on.
