It's possible to color case harden at home. Turnbull has it down to a science, but I'm sure you could do it at home for a lot cheaper. Results may vary.NRA Life Member

If you need a custom barrel nut and handguard I can help with that.
Also for the buffer just make your own and weld it. Or you can make a thread in the front
and then with the castle nut torque the tube down w/o the need to thread the receiver. Very easy.
