There are not too many good stock and chassis options for the super popular and super accurate savage mark II.
I could buy this chassis but I am feeling I wan to try building one myself that is simple yet effective and nice looking if possible.
I got inspired by this chasis that I like in some aspects but not in other things so by making one from scratch I can customize
to my needs. This is going to be modular so I do not discard using the AR stock and handguards and just machine the bottom receiver
and trigger guard. So this way it is a modular system anyone can customize and build easily. The direction I am taking is to give
the same ergonomics as a tube gun.
This is the original thread I started considering the below chasis and that inspired this new idea.
Please contribute with your ideas, suggestions, others doing the same build in parallel, anything really. Thanks.
