10/22 - 5 mintue fix to imrpove the bolt release

Removing a bit if metal from the bolt hold piece of a 10/22 allows the bolt to release by simply slightly pulling the charging handle and
letting go. A must do to any 10/22.






Release piece before and after. A 5 minutes fix with a dremel or small file.

Definitely a good post! All 3 of my 10/22's have this modification done to them. It's a big plus for shooting the 4 min AQT at an Appleseed shoot or a CMP Rimfire Sporter Competition.

Well not the heart.. The shaving of a tad near the bolt slide, it had a slight catch..and now it doesn't.
