For the receiver?

First I must carve a plug, i.e. a model in full size of what I want the stock shape to end up being. Then this plug is used to build a mould from. The final stock is cast from this mould. By using the standard recoil pad to determine the shape of the butt, it is a part I won't have to fabricate.

Ok got it. I was thinking you were going to cut a plug out of it for the .22 receiver where you were talking about removing the buffer tube. Haha I'm an ass lol! Going to start drinking now as its beer o' clock.
