          There's nothing in the US Constitution about a RIGHT to drive. SS # is useless. What's a 4473?? Another govt form to take away the rights of those that have no balls to say FU to the govt and put them in their place??? I thought so ... Those "privileges" you mention are non-negotiable in a FUNCTIONING court of LAW.

            " Privileges" are conferred by Licensure
            yes indeedy it is a Privilege to "drive" or " operate", should one choose to engage in a regulated, commercial Activity
            the Courts that you speak of enforce Statutory Law, not Constitutional Law
