I still don't understand how any of these executive orders can hold muster. They are coming across as new laws, when he has no power to create them. EO's can only dictate policy.

The only way the .gov will be able to track transfers is if every single gun is registered to a particular individual and then in order to maintain that information the .gov will have to perform periodic checks of each individual's inventory to verify that everything matches up. Not....gonna....happen.

The practical implications of these executive orders seem to be lost on the anti-gun zealots. I'm guessing the additional 200 FBI agents won't all be tasked with running NICS checks.

I officially no longer recognize the US govt as a govt of the people. The US govt is an enemy on US soil. I will not acknowledge ANY law that this administration has passed NOR will I acknowledge any executive order by this false president. I also hereby refuse to acknowledge the NYS govt. It as well does NOT represent the people and has been oppressive in the last 30+ years. It as well has become an enemy on US soil. I also hereby declare that ANYONE who supports the democraps is ALSO an enemy on US soil and we the people will apply the Freedom of Information Act to compile a list of those that voted democrat in the last 25 years.
