Unfortunately it was a California district court decision and only applies to Judge Benitez's disric. FPC lawyers could use it in their argument as case law, but that's as far as it'd go for effecting NY.

yeah, don't confuse this post with me getting my hopes up, I know where I live
sh*t, hoc"hell" doubled down with more restrictions after that last supreme court ruling that struck some of our restrictions.

Always good to have positive precedent, but yeah they seem to crank out more bad laws quicker than lawsuits can work. I don't even know of lawsuits about some of the Bs laws no one has money to fight civilian armor ban when there is dozens of bs firearm laws.
